1. Introduction

Welcome to First Care. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. First Care is a licensed Tadbeer Center operating in accordance with MOHRE regulations in the UAE.

2. Services Offered

First Care provides domestic worker recruitment, visa sponsorship, and flexible staffing services. All services are subject to availability and compliance with UAE labor laws.

Full-time recruitment and sponsorship acts under the guidelines of MOHRE.
Hourly and temporary services are provided based on pre-agreed schedules and rates.

3. Booking and Payments

All bookings must be confirmed through our official channels. Payments for services are due as per the agreed terms in the service contract. We accept cash, credit cards, and bank transfers. Prices are subject to change but will be confirmed prior to booking.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by service type. For hourly services, a notice of at least 24 hours is required to avoid charges. Recruitment fees and government processing fees are subject to MOHRE refund regulations where applicable.

5. Liability

First Care conducts thorough background checks on all staff. However, clients are advised to secure valuables. We are not liable for incidental damages beyond the scope of our professional liability coverage.
